I was closing the outside door to the building I live in the neighbor from the second floor told me to leave it open, I told him that it was not only cold outside but that it was unsafe to have the building entrance door open while he upstairs with his door lock and that if he was expecting a visit he should call them tell them what their bell is or look out his window for them. He then was like you know what I’m getting my gun I’ll show you who running things here and then walk back in his apartment. I them told my kids to go in the back room and I call 911 explain to them happen and they ask my name, phone, address/ floor, they said don’t go out of your apartment till the police knock on your door. I waited as told by the 911 operator. When the police knock on my door all I saw was weapons in my face they told me to step outside my apartment and they ask me where is the weapon while they was searching me after they walk in my home started searching all over the place and I wanted to tell them I was the one who call 911 and was the person who was being threatened and they would tell me shut the f**** up or I be arrested. About 5-7 minutes after all the officers started to walk out the apartment two officers where in the back bedroom, they walk out holding a 9mm weapon and look at me and ask me “ what is this?” I look at the gun and I was like is that a real gun? The officer laugh, and told me “if you have no weapon why are you so nerves” I told him because I seen many similar cases where people were set up by cops. After about 20 minutes I call 911 again told them what happen and ask why police came to my house and try to arrest me and search my home if I was the victim whom had made the initial call asking for them to come because someone at my address was threatening me saying they was going to get a gun they had to shut me over a f****ng door? The 911 operator said “don’t worry I will call them back ask them to go to the correct floor and investigate this matter. However those morons came back all they said were we cannot go to search them because it be a civil right violation. I said ok NP, I then call the local precincts ask to get the desk sergeant, they said they’ll send a supervisor to investigate and fix the matter right away. The person they send was with the cops when they first came to my house and he also found it funny that the cops were playing with their weapons. He told me he was sorry that thing got all out of hand and that they should not play with their weapon. I ask him to go upstairs and find out from them happened and why were the police call, he told me that it was the way those kinds of cases are handled if I call and say I was, threaten they come to search and probably arrest me. I told him even my cat is looking at you stupid, how is it if you are calling by a victim you come not to help the person who call but to arrest them?Anyway for the one that said he doesn’t believe this and it cannot be true? Trust me it happen to me just like I have said it did, just ask yourself one question why would anyone post something like this if it wasn’t true and what is there to gain by it, I’m 38 years old have a family have been working since the age of 14, I don’t drink or use any types of drugs never have never will guarantee.After this case is over I will put the 911 call in youtube because I will like you guys to know things like this happen in real life to everyday people. And where I live was a nice place very good people till those neighbors had move in. And I do have another place I will be moving I hope by the 15th of next month.Oh and I will always have a video camera at my desk and the outside door just to make sure this never happen again ever.

Anyone have an apartment in brooklyn that be cheap so I can keep my family together for one month, we put everything in storage but we homeless till our sec8 move packet be ready on
september 11 2007, our landlord is putting us out on monday the 6 2007' I pleaded with him beg him actually to let us pay one more month because I did'nt want to put my family in a shelter, but he said he can't help it
he want us out and the court system have said we need to be out since he refuse to to accept any rent and want his apartment back.
The reason why it came to this is because for 3 years we had one bedroom
that had a bad leak on the roof every
time it rain we had like 5 buckets to catch the rain water we had ask him all the time to please repair that, also sec8 inspectors had many problems
about him doing repairs that they told him that needed to be done, he was ask to repair the floor tiles on the kitchen floor and he just put leno lion on top of the damage floor so in a week it was broken again,
one of the kids room had problems with
the heat as well we use to try and not let the city impostors see the whole apartment to protect him because we just came out the shelter system and we wanted the kids to get over the trauma before we move again, I'll add details to this post as necessary.
we take anything you have basement attic whatever.
also my family is well behaved I have 2 girls my wife and I please help us on this because my 13 year old is the love of my life and I im wiling to pay for the month rent even if is a mess is just shelter till we get the the sec8 move packet on the 9/11/2007 just a few weeks.

we getting evicted in a few days and we just came out of a shelter 3 years ago, now we are face with the same problem, I have work since the age of 14 I have the social security papers to prove that, I became unable to work since 1999 and now recive SS
I wish my kids would not have to go back to a shelter but after their mother mess up again we have no choice
I've try to get the city of NY to let me have full custody of my kids since 1991 but they said I can't have that I been living in this nightmare with their mother because is the only way I can monitor the safety of my kids.

well is another day nothing has change my landlord told me he don't care what happens to my family and that he don't care about them becoming homeless again.
I pray as hard as I could last night that he may change his mined and take the $600.00 tenant share of the rent and allow us the thirty days we need to get new move packet from sec8,
my life always been like this 5 days of happiness and 2 years of hard times.
I try to buy a house back in 1998 and became disable and unable to work, just at the time when the bank was working on my loan, sometimes I dream that I hit the lotto and able to buy a nice house in florida next to the beach where my kids play in the sands and I go fishing right out side my house... Is all I have just dreams whenever I try to be happy something or someone shatters
my dreams, will I ever have a house in florida next to a beach where I fish and my kids play in the sands? maybe not but is all you have when you have nothing else.

I hope and pray for a little miracle, I pray that god will enter my landlords hart tonight and
change his mined, I ask him to allow my family thirty days, that I would pay for the month till we get the new move packet from
sec8 so that we don't go back to a shelter, but he said no and now it seems that we be in a shelter
till whenever. sec8 don't like people to return to a shelter and I hope we don't loose our current
sec8, but I have high hopes that a miracle will take place.

I look foreword to a good challenge.
but this fight is not like anything you have ever experience, please ask Elaine maybe she can elaborate further and you may see that my situation is not as simple as going to a government office.
hope I am not offending anyone with this post is just that my situation is unique
and I do read and understand that everyone here is trying to help, is a mater of fact

takes me little time to answer these post because I also need to make food and listen to my kids need sorry about that, but I grew up with out a mother or father and I know kids need parents to talk to and listen to what ever is in their minds.
I've try Elaine I left her I call the police whenever she got crazy, I talk to district attorney whom promise to help but just let her out of jail after she try to kill one of the kids
my name is angel I have been thinking about killing my self in different ways for the past 10 years
this week I think I will do it, I promise my little girl that I will protect and always be there but
I can't I just cant help her even in my death I will fail to keep my promise to her, I told her once that the hell she lives in will soon end that I will take her away from all the pain and suffering
that she has her mother is a drug user and I have call the police several times but they do nothing
she try to suffocate her other sister one nigh and I call the police she was arrested and was back
home in 2 days I when to district attorney she said she will help and keep her away from us
but they did nothing
we lost 3 apartments because she takes the rent and whatever we have at home and sell it
to buy her drugs, we are now a few days away from been homeless again and I just cant face my kids in a shelter again, I live month to month from social security check I get and is not enough
for me to do much as we have sec8 and I pay the tenant share of the rent and cable telephone
some food, well i am left with no options I also have another problem that prevents me from doing much more, I am not crazy so don't try and tell me to take pills or some other crazy people treatment
I just feel that only way left for me is to die.
